    Yes I have worked in hospitality. No I have never witnessed wait times after being given the option of what time we would like it delivered. 2 kids waiting an hour and a half for dinner.. 2 weekends in a row. Even after ordering it an hour and a half early? The manager is an arrogant man without reason.
    You own a pizza shop mate. Nothing more. Nothing less. Service is key. And you don't even come close.
